 A proven track record of building and improving operational excellence, transforming strategic plans into workable solutions to drive enterprise value growth. 

Dynamic record in the QSR segment, first with the international brand Wendy’s/Tim Horton’s, then as Regional Manager with Quizno’s Canada. At the time, the chain had 150 restaurants that grew to over 400 locations, including opening 100 in a single year. 

A restaurant expert with over 30 years of experience, including ownership of a number of franchises and independent restaurants. Today’s mission focuses on concept development and new restaurant start-ups with ERC Restaurant Consulting and EP Restaurant Group. Successfully launched Rio Nectar, a healthy fast casual concept. Developed Chop and Wop, an Italian-Portuguese fusion fine dining restaurant, and Café Alexandra, an elegant high-end café. 

Currently, ERC is part of a task force helping restaurants assess, pivot, and find demand while developing continuity during the most difficult of times. 

 The task-force of volunteers has collaborated and put together a resource package for restaurant, bar, and hospitality venues to help them through the toughest of times; whether that is a pandemic, natural disaster, or act of terrorism.
